Commissioning of a Fully Automatic Winding (Transformer Coil Winding) Machine at Diyar Electronic Iranian

Diyar Electronic Iranian has recently commissioned a fully automatic winding (transformer coil winding) machine to enhance technical capabilities and improve product quality. One of these machines is currently operating at the company’s Oman branch.

Equipped with advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems, this machine performs transformer winding with extremely high precision and engineering accuracy. Parameters such as number of turns, layer arrangement, and winding pitch are controlled with an accuracy of up to one hundredth of a millimeter, significantly reducing energy losses, improving transformer efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality.

The commissioning of these machines represents an important step toward modernizing production lines, increasing productivity, and strengthening the competitive position of Diyar Electronic Iranian in domestic and international markets.
